About Stoneva General Contractors
A construction company working across the Bronx.
Stoneva General Contractors works across the Bronx from East 223rd Street in Wakefield. Most of what we do is interior work in two family houses and small apartment buildings that people are living in.
How we work
We price from a written scope, which means somebody looks before you get a number, and the number arrives in parts you can compare and change. One person is responsible for your job and is who you call.
What we take on, and what we do not
Renovation, bathrooms, kitchens, painting and plastering, carpentry and flooring.
We are not a design practice, and plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades we bring in and coordinate, which is how the law requires it. Structural work and anything needing an architect to file it is outside what we take on alone, and we say so at the visit.
Where we work
Across the Bronx. The stock here rewards somebody who expects to find previous work rather than somebody who assumes a clean start.
Talk it through
Tell us the apartment and the building, and we will tell you what the work involves.
